All purchases are made through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be directed to Apple, as we do not process payments directly. You can request a refund through Apple's support at reportaproblem.apple.com.
When using Hugline, you agree to:
All content, features, and functionality of Hugline, including but not limited to the design, graphics, text, software, and trademarks, are owned by Hugline and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our prior written consent.
Hugline is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
Push notification delivery depends on your device settings, operating system, and network conditions, which are outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hugline and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You may stop using Hugline at any time by uninstalling the app from your device. Since all data is stored locally, uninstalling the app will permanently delete all your Hugline data.
We reserve the right to discontinue the app or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. Active subscriptions will be honored through the end of the current billing period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
